    Oh yes you can!! I was there today, and the ramp is clear as well as open water to the bridge. You can't go any farther than the bridge, but if a guy wanted to fish the bridge, he could make it. Rest of the lake is an icy mess, but it will open up soon.....has to or I'm going to bust something!
