Took a ride today to check ice on rivers. Went to Gasconade City. No ice on Gasconade. It can't use ramp. They are redoing the ramp. Part of it is tore out and ready to pour new concrete. Went to New Haven and no ice on Mo river. Can't use that ramp either. Water at bottom of ramp and an 18" drop on part of ramp.
