Well had to much fun yesterday, weather looked like this might be the last decent day for a while. Back to the gravel ramp and out to hunt for some slabs. Was not as lonely as yesterday, one boat followed us in, and saw two others on the lake. What a beautiful day, light wind sun and plenty warm! Caught a bunch of nice fish today many over 12". Caught one that I thought was a pig, came out of water at about 12" then the second hook came out and his twin was on it, I knew it was heavy! None over 15 but a few 14's. The bite was a little deeper and faster than yesterday it seemed, 4' for most. Kept 8 for a fresh fish fry this week while it is snowing!
