There's going to be a crappie seminar on 1/15 at 1:00pm at the KC Boat show. Tim Martin and Tom Lewis are the speakers. I did a small Google search and looks like these guys are pro anglers on a couple of different circuits. I'm going to make it up and see what they have to say. Anyone else planning to make it up to hear these guys speak? The link to the sports show is below along with the events.

At this point, I'm planning on being there on Saturday.
I should be there Saturady, not sure if I will make the seminar but will try too
Man it's a shame what the Boat, Sports and Travel Show has evolved into. I think it used to run 10 days with exhibitors from all over the US. We can all blame a lot of different things, but It's a shame that the kids today will not get the excitement and experiences that we got when we were kids.
I've got no plans, so I'm up for going Rhill. Read in the Star today that bass fisherman from Ava, MO, Rick Clunn, will be speaking throughout the show as well. He'll be on at noon, right before the crappie guys Saturday. I've gone to a few of the boat/outdoor show fishing siminars in the past and they've always been good. Should be another good event this year!

i heard it was a waste of time.
I hear it was good,
I agree with Rodney. Its a waste of time and money. $9.00 a ticket and up to $20.00 to park. And there is less and less fishing tackle every year.
