    Default Fisherman Drowned


    Bolivar County EOC had been dragging Lake Whittington for a fisherman believed to have drowned three days ago. Some fishermen found and empty boat going in circles with main engine running. MY prayers go out to his family.

    I preach life jackets and kill switches, it can happen in a blink of the eye.

    Adding the family to my list. It amazes me the people who refuse to wear a life jacket and or kill switch. Pure stupidity if you ask me, its a rule of mine if you get in my boat sit down buckle it and if your driving then put that red cord around you wrist or on the jacket and if you dont like it get your own damn boat! I dont know about you boys but I want them to find me for my familys sake. PUT THEM ON AND WEAR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    And this was within a couple hundred yards of the boat ramp. He had just left the ramp.
