    Smile Good weekend on Pickwick


    We had a great time at bear creek this weekend,and the crappie where biting pretty good too.I caught 22 friday,me and my camping neighbor ended up with 37 saturday,and I caught 20 more sunday.This is my neighbor with one of the fish he caught saturday.

    Here's a couple I caught sunday,I caught most of them in 6 to 11 ft of water.Some of the males are all ready tunring black and their tails are worn too.

    Thats a nice mess of fish ya caught. Last time I was out there I bet there were 30-40 other boats out trolling. Can I ask what you were catching them on.

    In the first picture is that a co-pilot controller by the watch ??

    If so how do you like the operation ?

    Nice fish. If something happens and I do not get to make it to Sardis next Monday and Tuesday. I may have to go to Bear and try them out there.

    We where Longline trolling with a custom made horsehead that looks just like a roadrunner,but it's hot pink and tipping it with a junebug chartruese slider .

    Yes Sir you are right.That is the guy I was fishing with,and we are in his boat,I have never use one,But after being in the boat with him I was very impress how much easy it made controlling the boat,he could be at the back of the boat with me dipping up a fish and still controll the boat.He also had Autopilot and I like that also.
