    I was at the spillway yesterday. I caught three crappie and one channel cat. Some guys had been there all day and only caught one. Some had none. Good luck getting someone to answer about the fish at Butla. I have posted that question twice and have not gotten one response.

    With the weather expected on saturday I would find some creek channels near shallow water and fish em. Creek channels are the one place that crappie are predictable. Cane creek would be a good place right now.

    Put in at hernando point take a right it will be the first creek on your rt. 1/2 mile not sure on dist.
