Fished Sardis spillway Monday until the rain ran us off. I couldn't find any keepers, my son caught a few nice ones. Not boats on the lower lake. Lots of work needs done in the day use areas and campground before they will open. I could see smoke from the Cypress beach area so they may have been there cleaning up. Lots of firewood to be had while camping from the bondery areas. Just bring a saw and get a permit at the lake office.
