I haven’t fished it in a dozen years. I knew they had a carp invasion, a carp clean up program, a couple of deaths from the carp clean up, and never heard anything since.

I hope someone mentions something from the past couple of years.

I have friend that limits out there quite often every year. Not monster slabs but good 1.25-1.75lb fish. Most fish spawn then move on elsewhere. Tunica cutoff has the way most connected river oxbows and turned into ghost lake. Carp and floods have killed it and most of the bait shops around it. No one keeps ramps up and that makes it hard to launch.
