    Must have your own transportation, own at least 4 coolers, be able to back a trailer, make a decent sammich and be willing to make several trips a day from
    The marina to my house and back with fresh cooler.

    Pay commensurate with experience. Inquire on C.C

    Preferential treatment for those with a washing machine in the back of your truck.

    I have just one question before I submit my application. It’s really just a technicality, but why do you need a whole cooler to haul one crappie back to your house??*??

    And isn’t it unrealistic to think you’d need 4 coolers? Seriously, how many times have you caught 4 keepers in one day?

    The one I catch is really really big though. Have to chop it into 4 pieces.
