My buddy P-Nut, a member here, he pointed out that he liked the 10in fish too all the while I'm fishing for 15in fish. Well I kept some 10in fish for Tacos and I totally agree with both of you. Years ago, we had Flares burning off Natural Gas from the oil well platforms in South Louisiana. We would go out with tandem Shad Rigs (this is before the Sparkle Beetle was even invented) and catch 10in Speckled Trout by the hundreds. My father sold most to the A&G Cafeterias in New Orleans. We scaled and fried everything whole back then. Man they had a great taste too.
