    Default Livescope

Ok guys. I’ve gotten ok to get a livescope system. What’s a fair setup for the 10-12 times a year crappie guy. I have pro17 tracker with MK PD v2 trolling motor. I fish oxbows mainly. I have a diy pole to use. I don’t have huge amount deck space.

    I’m coming from g1 & g2 helix 5’s.

I run mine through a Garmin 93SV plus. Seen a lot of folks mount them on ram mounts..good option if you have minimal deck space

OP I don't have LS yet but I just got the 93sv and use it on the side console with ram mount like Slab Apprentice. I would also say that if you use a ram mount or something similar you could also just remove the entire mount if needed.

At 10-12 times a year I would not bother . lol I have been 2-3 times a week for a year and other than a cheap scope that want sight in nothing compares to the frustration of livescope . I found the pole (Seelite system ) to be an open water deal . Hard to dodge stumps with two items (trolling motor , transducer shaft ). Highly recommend trolling motor shaft mount . Would also get a 12 inch as everyone I know has went 9, 10 , 12 . Buy once, cry once . JMO prefer the non touch screen as well .
