Livescope casting rod

I am set on jigging rods but not happy with my casting rod . Looking for recommendation of what length and action would you prefer ? I cast 1/16 -1/8 fin spins with Bobby Garland Strollers for the most part usually on 6-8 lb. fluorocarbon .

What are you using jig stick wise? I’ve had my mega live for almost a year and only used it twice . Hope to learn this fall/winter.

Jenko's Kevin rogers jigging rod . 13 ft. . Pro Angler 14 ft. for $61.00 is a good choice also . Do not know how they measure these rods as it is only 4 inches longer than the Rogers rod .

Bought a 7 ft . med/light B/M spinning rod .

I'd go with something in the 7-8ft length ... med action w/fast tip ... especially if you need to cast and set hook at distance. the trick stick is 7 ft 2 inches with med. action and moderate fast tip . The handle fits my hands a little better than most .
