How many of you have gone to straight braid for wading? And what lb size/lb test?

I am not a wade fisherman. I have used braid for crappie for years. It last forever, super sensitive, tough as nails. Will handle most any fish that grabs a jig. I like the smallest diameter I can get. K9 makes a 5lbs braid. Power Pro slick 8 make an 8pound 1 pound diameter braid

Thanks for the replies. I’ve dried 2/10 and the line passed through the eye bend. Then I started using painted heads. I tried using fluoro tied to braid. It worked but got tired of tying leaders. I use 14-20 lb braid nowadays but I have trouble seeing the line most days. I tried a yellow fluoro braid but it faded to the point I thought the fish could see it.
I’m not going back to mono.
