More days than not I like having them extra few hundred pounds in the boat and not just including on me... Lol. Heavy means stability in my simple mind. I do see the benefits to lithium, lighter weight sure for some, but overall life cycles if correct / accurate are the biggest selling point. Checked out Miller Tech seems to be the most reasonable priced on the market. Lot of money to drop at once, but if for sure they last 8 to 10 years they would be worth it long term.
