I was a kid in 70’s and it went over and flooded us out of the lower camp ground. That was before they put all the rocks down and it was just a clay washed out bank along the camp ground. Water came all the way up to the tent overnight and they closed the camp ground and we had to leave. John do you know what year that might have been? They had people walking the levee with lights looking for leaks. We had fish in a basket tied to a tree root but the water came up so fast we couldn’t even reach them. The warning system wasn’t to good then.

Good job, Curtis! Congratulations! I remember COL Clapp. Served with him at U.S. Atlantic Command in Norfolk, VA. 98-99. A great man and a fine officer.
Great work coach!
