I talked to a guy this afternoon who drove to Davis and found it closed this morning. He was wanting to fish badly because he drove all the way down to Kemper, that's where I saw him.

Have never seen Enid close , He went a long way . Have seen campground closed but not the ramps . :twocents
As long as I'm still paying Fed and State taxes I'm fishing whatever lake I choose. Throw up a rope with a sign I will move it and politely place it back after I'm done. This is a two way street in my opinion! Haven't had no problems here yet, but if it gets nasty then we can play ball.
It wasn't a rope..Concrete barricades were put up when they DID close the big 4 in the first shutdown.
They sure did but there was no one there to keep anyone out.
It is scary to think of the lakes, rivers that are under State or Federal control.
You will be good anywhere off the dam , Federal Marshall not likely to patrol ramps . State jurisdiction is only State game laws .
Even scarier are the ones under private control like Lakeview and Sunflower and others
