This guy must have a short memory which could fail him in his desired creel dreams.

Not too long ago in a far away land, there were 4 trophy crappie lakes. For some odd reason all of them had different creel regulations, and you could keep 20 per person, and 50 per boat.
This far away lands advisory high council decided that their intelligence and knowledge of the fisheries biology, many years of data and vast experience decided to make a change. Oh no said the fisher people's.
The high council said to protect our great treasure, we must reduce our daily harvests so that in the future we may continue to reap the benefits of these vast treasures.
And secondly, the high council decided to make each of the treasures daily harvest the same, so the fisher people's can remain simplicity and fish in harmony.

And with great acceptance the fisher people's went on with their lives knowing that the decisions by the high council were best for the future of the 4 treasures.

This guy really likes his exclamation points . How smart do you have to be to remember 10 fish under 12" / 10 fish over 12". I like the 20 per boat creel a lot regardless of size .

I understand not as many fish will reach 12 inches if you take them out before they get there but what about the 13 inch fish that was released because the angler already had 10 fish over 12 in his boat?
    I don't agree with keeping short fish. I don't keep anything that won't touch 12 1/2"unless
I am fixing to quit. Then I might keep a 12 3/8". I wouldn't have a problem with a 10 fish limit if they would let me keep my 4
    poles.

Surveys indicate that the growth rate of fish in a class of fish from a huge spawn is much less than the normal growth rate.

Makes sense, more fish equals less feed.
