Anybody catching at Barnett.

I'm off tomorrow and gonna give it a try. Gonna start at Horseshoe and go from there. No telling where I will end up. May have to fish in the main lake where the water is a little clearer.

JUST SO YOU KNOW . IT LOOKS LIKE COFFEE WITH A LITTLE CREAMER IN IT . LOTS OF TRASH FLOATING DOWN BUT NOT ENOOUGH WATER TO PUSH THEM IN WELFARE HOLE . I HAD NO LUCK . GOOD LUCK TO YOU . GO FOR IT . MAYBE THIS IS A LITTLE HELP WATER AT 49 DEGREES .

Thank you for the info. I figured it might be a lost cause to start there but you never know. It looks like the river just crested so maybe it will start to clear up some and have less trash by tomorrow.

This weekends rain will probably set things back a bit. If y'all get a chance to go Friday it will more than likely be your only shot at it, till next week sometime.

I WENT TODAY . MUDDY LOTS OF TRASH IN THE WATER . CURRENT BUT NOT ENOUGH TO PUSH THEM IN THE WELFARE HOLE . I TRIED DOWN THE LAKE AND WENT TO HORSE ................

Went to horseshoe today and caught 8 decent fish. Didn’t start biting/ find them until it was time to leave. Got out JUST in time.

i went to welfare hole.....8 hrs not one bite. saw 1 fish caught.

THANKS . I KNOW DAY TO DAY THE FISH WILL CHANGE AND THE WATER . DID YOU CATCH THOSE AT HORSE SHOE BACK UP IN THE CHANNEL OR OUT IN OPEN AREA ? JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW . HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH ON THE WATER .

In the channel sort of on the edges. They were real finicky. Very few aggressive bites. Missed several fish by not being patient.
