Anybody catching at Barnett.

Well i get to my off week of my 7 on and 7 off, have a dead battery any then get sick. Was going to be hitting Barnett but missed out. Anybody finding any. Talked to one friend catching them on the river channel deep. Just curious.

Haven't been in a couple weeks. Heard it was very very muddy right now. Should be some current under the bridge though.

I figure that as the fresh water slows down just a bit the welfare hole will start getting hot. Maybe already but I have always had better luck there after the water stabilizes a little bit and not on a real flood situation. If you don't like the crowds of there you can usually find them in a few more spots.

Iron Lake is a new one to me. Never heard of it. That’s one thing I love about Barnett..its so big and spread out there is always something new to learn.

I fished Monday and only caught 5. Went back on Tuesday and the grass was so bad I couldn't fish the way I wanted to so turned around and came back home. Road across the spillway today and they have her gapped open. When does the fishing get good there?
