I don't think it would turn over this late in the yr. generally around September when the nights get a lot cooler. Kinda like imagining the top water and bottom water swapping. I think your dealing with water dropping and the few frost we have had have killed a lot of the vegetation in the lake and the current is pulling it out. I don't fish Barnett but a handful of times a yr but that would make more sense to me right now.

If the culprit is no current, then the Tombigbee & Black Warrior having current wouldn't turnover. Right? But what about sloughs? Would they turn over?
