Made a couple trips to local state lake over holidays. 20 fow 15 to 17 ft dead slow. I must say I really like my new caps and Coleman 16 footers. There was a bit of a learning curve as light and limber as they are but they are good rods. Money well spent.

Very nice!!!
Don't be scared to bow them Caps up, good hook set and keep it coming and you will find they are one of the best on the market. As far as I am concerned they are second to only one rod.

Dang, that's some big reel handles!
One of my favorite things about the capps and coleman rods are the bell shaped handle ends. You wouldnt think it would make much difference but just a little push forward and it will raise that rod tip on up.
Glad you like them enjoy
I love my C&C rods now that I've used them a bit. At first I was not sure about them, but after trying them for a few trips I think they are great. You can really detect that light bite and they are awesome in the spring playing big fish on a short line.
