Well daggum cane, whats the $199 a night fer, iffin you opt to sleep in the yard? Can stay in the house for $325 a night, surprised this slipped by an experienced negotiator such as yourself. And I would be game for an overnighter, private charter or whatever, shoot why wait till next year, surely got to be other fish in season sides snapper say in August or September. :dono
