    Default Couple More Cranking Questions

My boat is setup with 6 rod holders off the back should I run 6 short poles or stagger with maybe a 6, 8 and 10 on each side, maybe the pictures will give an idea of my setup and y'all can give me some advice on pole lengths . ThanksName: IMG_2992.jpg

I would run 6, 10, and 14. That is what I did when I had a similar setup. Run the 14s at 90 degrees from boat, the 10s about 70 degrees and the 6s at about 45 degrees behind boat. That gives an extra foot or so between lines....

Four feet of separation is preferable.

What rod holders do y'all think is the best for pulling cranks? Going to try cranks myself. Sorry to jump in on your thread mark29860.
