Rez 4/14

Tried for the repeat yesterday, and found em in the same spot, but smaller. Had the neighbor and his twelve year old son along, so I did a lot of coaching instead of fishing. We caught about 40, with a lot of throwbacks, and ended up with 20 in the cooler. Dad took pics when the kid caught a good one, but never sent them to me...
Left at 11, and was back on the water for 2:30 with another new friend, but the fish were not cooperating. Seemed like the 8 inch blue cats had taken over, and they stole minnows till almost dark, when we finally caught a few of what we were after...
Probably should have moved around some, but we just sat there and enjoyed the day...

Hah, I seriously doubt that. Just as lost as a goose as to where to look next, if this pattern fails... But, I'm thinking shallower will be better next week!
