Guys, we passed new yoyo attendance regs for Washington last year. They have to be OFF THE LIMB anytime you are not attending them 22 hours a day. You can trip the hooks and leave them on the limb, unattended WITH HOOKS UP, from 11 AM- 1 PM. Anytime the hooks are in the water, you must be attending them. This means within sight (and not spotting scope across the lake sight).

Once again, the only time you can leave yoyo's on the limb without attending them, is tripped yoyo's from 11 AM- 1 PM.
