Pretty good pattern yesterday. Smaller (mostly male) fish were on ledges off the bottom in 12 to 14 FOW closer to banks. Bigger fish were in 20-22 FOW hangin out dead-nuts at 16 feet deep until dark; then they moved up to the 12 FOW. They liked it on a fall.

For reasons I cannot explain, all fish loved sparkly blue and chart skirts with a medium minnow, but the plus-sized women liked orange and chart skirts.

I ran out of 125 minnows pretty quick, had some smaller fish gill hooked that I kept, but ended up with something around 15 to 20 mostly decent fish with a half dozen or so of them being very good fish.

The reason I aint got an exact amount yet is b/c I ain't cleaned em yet. They may have been the last fish caught in this rig. A wreck happened in front me, and in the process of going between the t-boned car- which had 1 occupant still inside- and a bystander, my boat hit the road for a ride. Boat never flipped, poles are fine (kudos to tip-savers!), total scan ducer is busted and fish are in the freezer, but trailer is gone. Occupant still in car was supposed to hopefully make it. My toe hurts from mashing the brake.

Not sure yet on full damage of hull and motor, but hull definitely has some damage. I figure an aluminum hull with a compromised/damaged chine, seem and, possibly, a compromised transom, and holes/ gouges in the bottom/keel is pretty totaled as far as usefulness goes. Of course getting the adjuster (who may or, most likely, may not be aware of the crucial elements of a hull being "useful"), just might look at the boat as being in good shape.

Now is when the fun starts with insurance. Any tips on this process from those with the t-shirt are appreciated!
