Anybody fished the Rez lately

Should be good, I crossed the pearl on hwy 25 below Carthage today and the water level looked good. Just inside the banks with a slight to medium current.

Lake was full at the bridge at lunch. Lot was full at the ramp at Tommy's. Dont know if the fish got the memo, but fishermen seem to think it's spring.

Beautiful day for fishing. No wind and water was almost 60 degrees, but the fish were not cooperating. Caught a few cats early and saw lots of fish on the ff so we moved around a lot, tried all types and depths of water. Finally found some around 3 this afternoon. Not many but all good quality. 2 x 14.5 inch fish were the biggest.

I would blame it on the full moon. The fish seem to eat all night on full moons and usually the evening crappie fishing will be best time on really bright nights. Well anyway I have a lot excuses for not catching fish they keep the wife from fussing at me when I go fishing and don't bring fish home.

Did well today. Caught some really nice fish. Threw back 30+!

Man that bridge takes a beating day in and day out. I have heard of just slap ridiculous days there where everyone and there mother walked away with a limit but I have only ever caught just a handful of dinks off of it and it was the same for all the boats around me. Done pretty good at the ledges above and below but I have about written off fighting the crowd there.
