Years before it was a state park the 2 campgrounds were Yocona Ridge with cabins and Jones Creek. The swimming pool was kept up back then. It had a spring board and a high dive which would freak out the life guards when my 2 yr old would use it. The state took the park over. First to go was the high dive then the spring board and the pool has been closed some 20/25 years. My 2 yr old will be 40 before the year's out.
