Got out on the water the morning of the 23rd. Met LowePro at the landing and took some pointers for a new lake. I ended up taking BRM's advice and went to the North bank. Terrible time to find out my electronics were not working. But, I managed to catch some real nice ones. I kept 8 that were pushing 15.5". Got everything fixed for the next day and I was shocked at how shallow I was fishing. My luck was worse this day; I caught a bunch but could only keep two. I fished the south side on Saturday. Bout time to get rid of that nylon net ain't it? I know how dreadful it is to spend a few dollars, but a rubber net is a lot easier to deal with with cranks!
