Clear water?? Like out of the faucet? Unless you in Greenville, MS where it comes out of there brown as well... never seen much of that in no lake. Well I'll be dog... [emoji23] just kidding, ya'll have fun there and keep us posted [emoji106]

So how's the fishing, DP?
Got out on the water the morning of the 23rd. Met LowePro at the landing and took some pointers for a new lake. I ended up taking BRM's advice and went to the North bank. Terrible time to find out my electronics were not working. But, I managed to catch some real nice ones. I kept 8 that were pushing 15.5". Got everything fixed for the next day and I was shocked at how shallow I was fishing. My luck was worse this day; I caught a bunch but could only keep two. I fished the south side on Saturday. Wore some 11.75" fish out. But could catch only 4 keepers. Three days were not enough. I will be back. DPAttachment 243037Attachment 243038Attachment 243039Attachment 243040
Looks like ya'll had a blast.. you passed over better fishing possibly by driving another few miles south. Grenada is an awesome lake, but it ain't in the record books just yet... [emoji23] [emoji23] thanks for the report!!

Bout time to get rid of that nylon net ain't it? I know how dreadful it is to spend a few dollars, but a rubber net is a lot easier to deal with with cranks!

Sounds like the my advise did good for you. Glad you had a great trip. Timing might be better next time for us to go one day.
