Like a dummy I decided to try pelahatchie bay causeway this morning due to the expected south southeast wind.Wasted about three hours. Came home and decided to go to 43 and come south into the main lake to an area i fish routinely. The picture is the 16 that I kept. I lost 4 to broken line I lost two to not getting the net under him in time all good fish and I turned back three big females who were full of eggs one of which I know was a good 2+ pounds

Caught 4 at causeway. Only saw maybe 10 Total. All the same size bout 1/2 lb. the ones in the picture were in 9 to 15 feet. Biggest were 7 to 10 ft down. Had a bunch of minnows die on me and had to use nibbles. To my surprise I actually caught four or five on the nibbles
