I usually fill my freezer in the summer pulling cranks. I don't keep many this time of year. I put the Big Girls back unless they are mounting size, and those are few and far between. We eat a bunch of our summer fish this time of year tho. I do keep some males if I want some non frozen ones to eat, but in reality, I can't taste the difference in them. [emoji4]
