    Default Dad-Blamed El Nino

Well looks like we will be water logged for the remainder of the week. Guess we needed a little, I passed by Coldwater River off 51 yesterday and it was as low as I've seen it a long while. A buddy of mine and myself had just started to get into some slabs fishing backwaters off the bank.. err I mean my buddy did mostly I'm the white and striped bass master here as of late. Any ideas on fishing in thunderstorms and 10-20 mph winds??

Won't have to worry about any current unless we get about 2 foot of rain, it's not river fishing it's landlocked pretty much most of the time. It was a hassle to get in there before the rain, now it will be a sure nuff be a chore.. May buy me a pair of good waders, wonder if they sell a brand that is a good insulator from lighting??
