Ok. I live in Eastern NC and I have really been wanting to go and try the land of the giants. Gernada is about 14 to 15 hour drive for me and I was wondering if it would be worth while to make this trip. Id like to know when the best time would be to go and where the best accommodations could possibly be. Im thinking of doing a 8 to 10 day vacation to get the best out of this trip.
