Definitely looked like one from a distance but up close it was a big jug

I bought one of those Mr. Twister saltwater knives. Worst knife I've ever used.
Been using my orange AA for a couple of years. No problems. Love it. I ordered the shark blades and they are a big improvement over the ones that come with it. I also bought a set of Berkeley blades that I use for small fish. They are very thin and work really well for bream and crappie up to about 11 inches. Bigger fish get the 8 inch shark blades.
Called that snag east of clear creek "shark fin".
Think Feelay uses the blue one, Bill.
I clean on a wood surface and have noticed my blades stay sharp a lot longer when I rib with a different knife. If done like you say it wouldn't make a difference because your blade is not touching the table if done while on scales. Most times I clean with some help so ribbing gives them something to do.
