    Default Clear water fishing ?

Having a hard time getting the crappie in the boat on a oxbow lake that has black looking water. Black and clear. Visibility is probably 3 feet. What color jig is best for that kind of water? Any other advice is welcome. Thanks.

I would go with something dark! More than likely black!

I would play it safe and use a live minnow. They love minnows in every color of water.

Clear but stained water is tricky but I've had a lot of success using brown, watermelon, Orange, yellow
