    Default Sardis trip

Well it was a tough one but still managed to keep a few. Only caught 3 off the upper Lake and it was windy and rough the days I was up there. We caught 9 out of 12 keepers 13"+ out of the spillway. Spillway was loaded with tiny catfish and 8" crappie prolly caught 50+ but every now and then we would hook into a keeper. We could mark several fish but nothing was active. Every person we talked to there including the locals said this year Lake is dead and way to heavily fished and basically fished out. Still managed to have alot of fun. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1428951730088.jpg

8"ers are legal in the spillway. No size limit there.

Never had them like that. There was people down there keeping everything they caught and I mean everything went in the bucket. No clue how you could get anything off a 5 inch crappie

By whole, I meant scale em, cut their heads off, gut em, and fry em. Not fillet em
