From all accounts I've seen or heard the bite has been tough. As for lodging, start calling around this morning I'm sure they will be busy this time of year.
Good luck !

Hmmm okay thanks I could go the reel foot or Kentucky lake as well I guess I just hear all the stories about the monsters at Sardis and Grenada
Kevin
Sardis don't have near the monsters as Grenada. Fishing is getting better up the river tho.
We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.
when you say up the river what do you mean BRM?
This week the bite was slow, the wind was crazy, but everything we caught was over 15 inches. Caught 14 on sun, 23 on Mon, 5 on Tues, 8 on wed.
Looks like we need to go on mondays and rest up tuesdays
Okay I am driving down with my son to Grenada Tuesday will be fishing Wed - Sat weather permitting, not to steel all the secrets but what is the best method spider rigging? what is the size limit and catch limit?
Kevin
You can catch them there. Its not on fire. You have to grind on them. I heard Kentucky lake was on fire right now. The length limit at Grenada is 12" 20 per person.
Kentucky is always banging, but they are still deep, haven't came in.
