I have been looking for some bigger jigs/hooks, and I found these at walmart yesterday. They are the 3/0 hooks I wanted but they are unpainted. I know some of y'all doing your own bait-making, so maybe you can help.

What kind of enamel do you use? Do you spray or dip a base color? I am guessing that you paint eyes and any additional colors, but that is just a guess. Any helpers out there?
