    lowerances version of the 360 technology anyone using this new transducer ? considering getting one, what do yall think about it?

    Greg, I don't know anything about them but seen quite a few for sale on BBC and a lot of chatter about the guys not liking them. Might go over there and do some reading. They have a separate Lowrance thread.

    Yep, the idea is awesome but the operation sux. Since I started spider rigging I have wanted to "Look Forward" with my sonar equipment, at this point the 360 is the best bet for that.

    may just hold off then sounds like not what its cracked up to be, thanks for the input guys! love the concept and youtube videos make it out to be a great new inovation

    Greg, this is just an opinion but I think having to stay on the pedal rotating it back and forth to get a good scan would get awful old in a hurry. Also seems it would be really distracting.
