I think that's been permanently cancelled.
We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.
It ran for 3 years, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
It was a Magnolia Crappie Club thing. I would move this thread to their section.
It actually had nothing to do with Magnolia Crappie Club when it first started, the town of Water Valley asked MCC to come on board and hold their Enid tourney that same weekend and being the class act they are they did just that. even went as far as to plan their May tourney last year in conjunction with this event but the town decided to cancel the event but MCC and The Fruit Jar Series had our tourney as planned. Not sure if they have any plans for this year but might can find out in the morning if I dont forget.
No need to move this, its a Water Valley thing.

Yep, the Fruit Jar and the MCC ran their tourneys in conjunction (on the same date) to accommodate Water Valley and their crappie festival. Even had a police escort from Water Valley boat ramp into town like a boat parade for them.

Ok, Thanks John. All info I could find online pointed the finger to MCC or were named in the comments. Since they did it for 3 years I figured it was their thing.
We went to the watermelon fest a few years ago. It's not set up like it was went I was a kid. My uncle asked a farmer if he had some melons in the contest. You kidding? My biggest melon is barely bigger than a qt jar.
I heard the city lost money . Lot of overtime security ,low turnout .![]()
