Clean a few and cook em, wont take long to figure it out.
JMO but as far as eating, they don't get too small, those little ones are some kinda good.Quote:

I like keeping the bigger ones to filet. If scaling, smaller aren't so bad to clean. They all do eat good. I like them little crunch filets
