Default Sardis fishing with a guide in October?

How is the fishing on Sardis fist couple weeks of October. We are wanting to fish Sardis in October with a guide. Just wanting to know if it would be worth the trip. Or is the water to low in the fall. If it would be worth the time can anyone recommend a guide.

It should be good in October. It usually is. Got several great guides. John Harrison 662-983-5999.
Carl Painter 901-734-7536. You better book early.

October is a fun month to fish. A word to the wise- don't get locked in on fishing one lake. Sardis could be dead while Grenada or Enid are on fire.
