Depends where I'm fishing. Haven't caught a fish on some lakes, others they seem to work well. Some folks swear by em others won't fish em. Seem to catch less small fish when jiggin with em

roadrunners are great for spider rigging and really good for long lineing.............when I single pole I just use a hair jig or a jig with soft plastic
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Don't like em for single pole. Works great with pushing minnows but too expensive.

I do also. Satdoc got me started with them, and like him I pour my own. I have found that the willow blade seems to get more bites when poling with them. Could be just my perception.
