I don't pay attention to the wind until a day or two before. Heck even then they can't get it right. Last Saturday it was supposed to be 6-10 all day, that was a freakin joke.

Wind predicted from the south Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I can find a spring fishing spot on Grenada with a South wind!
