I've seen guys trolling the timber from 3.5-5.5' of water and catching huge fish and good numbers. I've been in the right (same) area using the same stuff and only catch a handful. Keep plugging. They ARE there!!!

We only sell the Best. Ranger, Xpress, Yamaha, Suzuki, Tohatsu.
We were trolling minners on double rigs, top had a gnat and bottom just a hook catching most on gnat in 8 foot of water about 5 ft deep running about .6-.7 mph out in the open flat with no cover, we started at 7:30 and fished until 10 and had 7 nice keepers.
thanks guys...I'll take all the help I can get. My biggest issue is I live so far, almost 4 hours...so its a trip I only get to make once or twice a year. Its just hard to stomach driving that far it be MY fault I don't catch em! I understand all the rain Friday and I could tell the water was a lot muddier than normal, plus the cold front...cant help all that. I just want to correct the things I CAN control. Thanks again!
Fished Grenada yesterday, and it was very tough..........1 fish. Lots of boats, but not a lot of fish caught yesterday...........maybe the fresh water had something to do with it. I think the lake rose about 2 ft.
Fished Grenada today, we managed 5, a few misses, and a bit too much sun, Big one was 2lb9oz.
big enuff!,wtg
