It is 330 and headed to grenada or was. Stopped close to home to get ice and happened to check trolling motor and no power. Guess I got short somewhere cause battery is hot. Saying good luck cause glad I did not drive 3 hours to find out

Gotta be a bad wire or breaker if the battery is hot. Could be the trolling motor croaked. Check for power at the TM plug. If you don't have power at the plug, it's gonna be a wire or breaker/fuse. If you do have power at the plug, it could be the TM.

Don't feel bad,we went last week and the motor wouldn't crank because of starter, cracked fuel line and trolling motor was acting up but we did catch 2 and no one was hurt so we were thankful coming home.👍

Got back home and found a wire had the insulation rubbed off and was arcing on the boat. So glad I checked it before I got to far
