has anyone been fishing north of 43? particularly around the ratliff ferry area. i'm considering driving down friday morning and any reports would be appreciated. i don't want your spots, just wanting to not waste my time driving down if nothing's doing.

You will catch fish if you get in the lakes. I have been catching a lot of fish upriver from 43 but catch bigger fish in the big water.

Caught a few yesterday but all small . Not that far up though .

I scouted a few areas up River last week, found good concentrations of smaller fish. A few larger specks were mixed in but mainly small males. I would stick to the main lake as well. Don't know what the recent weather has done but I put a limit together wade fishing on Tuesday.
