Headed to the alligator hole this week end to do some jigging guys. Any hot color or spot anyone have for advice?

jimrod, headed there myself and wonderin the same. Shud be in the cypress knees by now or REAL close. Two weeks ago buddys caught good fish in 6-9 fow fishing 3-5 feet down spider riggin. Hope the weather holds up for us....that's usually the key on any of these lakes. Good luck and be safe.

They are catching a bunch of small males in the trees! !! The bigger fish is still being caught spiderrigin! !!!!

Thanks meat getter, I'm taking spider rigging as well! I'm determined to catch FISH!

You can catch feesh doing both. I would spider rig if it were me.

Just smaller males in the trees today. Spider rig just outside the trees from the gator hole to Roy's Good females should hang there until this cold snap is over. Orange and chartruce critters or blue and white have been good for a couple of weeks.
