Hi guys,

I have always bass fished pickwick a ton but recently I have become pretty obsessed with learning the crappie up there. We have a bass boat and no trolling rigs or anything. I know the preferred method is side pulling up there, however, last spring we had a few trips with good success casting grubs, my dad and i really enjoyed this. We tried it last weekend and only caught 8 and got back to the boat ramp and guys were talking about catching 20-30 casting. We are going to try it tomorrow afternoon and Saturday but am just curious as to any general pointers as to what we might need to look at. The ol' freezer startin to get a little low lol
